Rosalind Tregurtha

Ros is a highly experienced executive, working more than 20 years in all things people and sustainability.

Ros joined Penten from Domain Group where she was the Chief People & Sustainability Officer. Whilst at Domain she was also a Trustee of the Fairfax Foundation. 

Prior to Domain, Ros held a variety of senior human resources roles at Fairfax Media including supporting the Metro Publishing division, joint ventures and was the HR/Change Lead for the Fairfax of the Future Transformation program.  

Whilst working at CSIRO as an HR Adviser, Ros took 12 months out to volunteer in Samoa as part of the Australian Youth Ambassadors for Development scheme in the Public Service Commission. 

Ros is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She holds an honours degree in Commerce (Employment Relations) from the University of Western Sydney.  

Outside of work, Ros enjoys global travel.
