About the Role

As part of the Growth & Marketing team, our Client Executives are responsible for initiating and developing relationships across target markets and working with our clients to ensure our technology solutions meet their needs. In this role you will:

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients and create proposals to meet their needs.
• Facilitate continuous education for clients on Penten’s pioneering technologies and services.
• Build and measure customer success metrics.
• Contribute to financial forecasts and growth targets by selling/cross selling Penten products and services.
• Work with our product teams to incorporate client feedback into our solution roadmaps.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address any barriers preventing the uptake of Penten solutions.
• Identify and pursue opportunities by preparing tailored and targeted sales proposals, briefing documents and/or presentations.

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience successfully identifying and nurturing new business opportunities to achieve business growth in a technical environment.
• High level written communication and presentation skills, with experience developing tender responses.
• Strong analytical skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Business development and consulting experience across Defence and the wider Federal Government.
• Ability to engage with technical experts and understand and communicate technical concepts.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this position you must:

• Have extensive experience in a similar position; and
• Be an Australia citizen with an AGSVA NV1 clearance (or eligible and willing to undergo the process)
