About the Role

Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, this position contributes to the product lifecycle for the Secure Mobility suite of products. In this role you will:

  • Prepare designs for new or existing Windows Standard Operating Environments (SOE).
  • Build, configure and implement Microsoft-based solutions.
  • Participate in the creation of new products and solutions to deliver high quality outcomes for clients.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation for product lifecycle, project deliverables and knowledge sharing, including security related documentation under the guidance of the Security Architect.
  • Continuous improvement and iteration of technical processes, tools and reporting.

Skills & Experience

  • Expertise in deploying, configuring and troubleshooting both Windows 10 and Windows 11 Enterprise editions and experience managing and maintaining systems running on Windows Server 2019 and 2022.
  • Experience managing secure, offline systems with the ability to create and administer on-premises instances of Microsoft solutions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell + a solid understanding of Active Directory Federated Services.
  • Experience with deployment systems such as Windows Deployment Services and familiarity with PXE boot environments.
  • Effective communication skills including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this position you must:

  • Have extensive experience in a similar position; and
  • Be an Australia citizen with an AGSVA NV2 clearance (or eligible and willing to undergo the process)

Note: This role is required to provide after-hours support to clients and will work an on-call roster which may include evenings and weekends on a rotating basis.
